Our primary goal is to make all of our customers 100% satisfied.


We offer exchanges if your SweetPeachier arrives faulty or a 1 year warranty if anything goes wrong! Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for any other reasons due to hygiene reasons.


Order Cancellation
You may not cancel your order after it has been shipped out. If your order is not shipped out, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order and offer you a refund.

To proceed your request, kindly send us an email at support@sweetpeachier.com titled "Order Cancellation" your order number or proof of purchase. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note all sales are final after 24 hours. We will happily replace any items that have been damaged in transit. If you'd like to cancel your order prior to shipment, store credit will be issued. 

Warranty Claims
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that we do not offer any refunds for warranty claims. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sweetpeachier.com titled "Damaged Handset Exchange". Our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
